Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. Two metal plates are overlapped and the welding line for welding the two metal plates to each other is arranged vertically and expanded to form a passage for a heat exchange medium, A heat exchanger having openings at both upper and lower ends that serve as entrances and exits for the heat exchange medium, and a through hole into which the openings of the heat exchanger are inserted or tightly attached, and which follow the shape of the openings. A heat exchange device comprising: a pair of connecting plates welded and fixed to the heat exchanger; and an outer box having the pair of connecting plates fixed to side plates, communicated with the heat exchanger, and accommodating a heating element. 2. The heat exchange device according to Paragraph 1 of the Utility Model Registration, Scope of Claim, in which the two metal plates are rectangular. 3. The heat exchange device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pair of connecting plates form part of the side plates of the outer box.
