し、その時前記第２の感温センサがオンの時第２の充電
出力回路の前記充電電源を第１の感温センサが再びオン
となっても継電器を動作させないようにロックの役目を
もたせるようにし、また前記継電器をオン・オフさせる
スイッチング手段とを具備し、前記第１の感温センサ並
びに前記第２の感温センサが共にまたはどちらかがオン
のとき前記遅延した時間内に前記スイッチング手段が動
