Claims (1)
接地用導電層の両側にそれぞれ入力側導電層と出力側導
電層を設け、このそれぞれの側の入力側導電層と出力側
導電層間にサージ電流制限用部品を接続し、入力側導電
層と接地用導電層との間の耐熱性絶縁基板にスリットを
設け、かつ、入力側導電層にあるサージ電流や負荷電流
以上の電流が流れることにより溶断する幅狭で一定の長
さの溶断部を設く、上記出力側導電層と接地用導電層と
の間にサージ電圧制限機能を有する部品を設置して構成
