A joint member to be welded to the tube ends of a pair of tube bodies to be connected is made of a butt joint surface perpendicular to the tube wall thickness axis, and an inner and outer inclined surface that slopes from both ends of this joint surface in the direction of the tube wall thickness axis. The ridgeline of the inner and outer inclined surfaces is a welded part to the end of the tube body, and the ring joint member has an extension line of the tube wall thickness axis and the butt joint. Bolt holes opened at the mutually opposing inner and outer inclined surfaces of both joint members through the center point of intersection with the surface were drilled at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and the bolt holes were inserted into each of the bolt holes.
