ッコファン、更には熱源たるシーズヒーター等を収納す
るための本体を縦断面帽子形に形成し、この本体内を放
熱室と加熱室とに区画し、本体の鍔縁部を鍋形の専用容
器又は任意の大きさの鍋形容器上に載置して使用するよ
うにした事を特徴とするもので、その目的とするところ
はあくまでも密閉状態の容器内の加熱調理物をその上部
から下方に向って吹出す熱風を攪拌循環させて加熱せん
とするようにしたものである。

回転すれば、シーズヒータ110発生熱はターボファン
8によって本体1の底面に設けたフィルター18を通し
て下方即ち容器14に向って吹き出し、熱風によって容
器内に載置した食品を加熱調理することができるのであ
る。 しかして、容器内の温度が上昇するに従い、加熱調理す
る食品が焼けるから、食品中に含まれた水分、油脂分が
滲出し、これらはターボファンによって攪拌せられ霧状
となるが容器の円周壁に耐着したものは内周壁を伝わっ
て底面に向って平伏となって流れ底面にたまり、食品か
ら直接滲出する1水分油脂分はそのま\容器の底面にた
まることになる。このことは、本体1円をセパレーター
8よって区画し上部を放熱室9とし、下部を加熱室7と
なし、シーズヒーター11の熱をセパレーター8によっ
て遮断し、放熱室9内に設けたシロッコ1Gによって本
体1の上部に設けたモーターハウジング4内のモーター
5を冷却し、シーズヒーター11の熱伝導によってモー
ター5が温度上昇することを防ぐ様にしたものである。 更にターボファン8によって容器14内の空気が攪拌さ
れて水分、油脂分を含んだ熱風が本体1の鍔部15及び
フィルター13に吹き付けられて附着するものがあって
もセパレーター8によってさえぎられて放熱室9内に侵
入するようなことはなく、従って調理後は油脂分が内面

あり原特許出願たる熱風拡散電気天火の簡易型と云える

外筺を専用の基台上暴こ係脱自在に載置するようにし、
基台上に外筐を載置した時は外筺向上部に設けた発熱体
と電動機回路を閉じて通電し、基台から外筺を持ち上げ
た時は111gl路をしゃ断する様にしたことを発明の
要旨の一部とするものであるが、本願発明にあっては、
熱風を吹き出すための熱源及びこの熱源の熱を下方に向
って吹き出さしめるためのターボファンとこのターボフ
ァンを駆動せしめるモーター、及びこのモーター冷却用
のシロッコファン、更には熱源たるシーズヒーター等を
収納するための本体を縦断面帽子形に形成し、この本体
内を放熱室と加熱室とに区画し、本体の鍔縁部を鍋形の
専用容器又は任意の大きさの鍋形容器上に載置して使用
するようにした事を特徴とするもので、本体の全体形状
を小型化することが出来その目的とするところはあくま
でも相開状態の容器円の加熱調理物をその上部から下方
に向って吹出す熱風を攪拌循環させて加熱せんとするよ
