本発明は射出成形機におけるワークの払落し装置に関す

いままで次の工程に移行すると装置が停止しだシ、ある
いは高価な装置が破損するという重大な事故が発生する

の固定ダイ2と共に合成樹脂成形用のキャビティ(図示
せず)を構成する。6は移動グイプレート3の上部に設
けられ、二部材からなる支持部材で、調整ねじ7によっ
てこれら二部材の上下方向の結合位置を調整可能に構成
されている。前記支持部材6の上端にはスクレーパの支
持片8が固定されている。この支持片8には調整棒9が
図面上左右に移動可能に挿入取付けられておシ、更にこ
の調整棒9の可動ダイ側先端には取付は金具10によっ
て合成樹脂製のスクレーパ11が取付けられている。こ
のスクレーパ11下端部の反移動ダイ側には若干曲面状
とされた斜面部12が形成されている。この斜面部12
は後述するワークWの払い落しに効果的である。13は
このスクレーパ11を上下動するエアシリンダで前記取
付は金具1゜の上面に取付けられている。14は射出成
形機で図示しない油圧装置でそのノズル15の先端を前
記固定ダイ2にタッチし、このノズル15から前記両ダ
イによって形成されるキャピテイ内に溶融樹脂を打込む
ものである。この図面では射出成形機が後退し射出成形

確実になるものである。イジェクトピン16の作動とス
クレーパ11の作動はエアシリンダのシーケンス制御に
よって簡単に行なわれるが、この時間差を可及的に短か
くするのが全体の工程を縮めるために効果的である。又
、前記したスクレーパ11はイジェクトピン16の位置
を逃げ、例えば第3図に示すように二本のスクレーパか

ある。更に、スクレーパ11は上下方向、水平方向のい
ずれにも、その取付は位置を調整可能に設けだが、ダイ
の寸法が全く変わらない場合(専用機)はリジッドに固
定し、調整不能にしても何等差支えない。史に又、射出
成形機は前後に移動できるものを示したが、ノズルタッ
チしたままのものでもよい。この方が高速成形のだめに
