過する装置において、前記揚げ鍋から濾材への管路にス
トレニナを介設し、そのストレーナを前記揚げ鍋内の油
面より低位に位置させてス、 トレーナ内に油が自然落
下により流入可能とし、゛前記管路のストレーナより濾
材側でかつ低位には先端上向きの分岐管を設け、この分
岐管の先端開口を揚げ鍋内の油面より高位に位置させた
