いて対向する振動膜により構成される可動電極を有して
なる電気音響変換装置において、前記様、動膜に固着さ
れる小片でなる第１のマグネットと、この第１のマグネ
ットに対向し且つ斥力を生ずるように前記固定電極に設
けられる第２のマグネットとを具備し、前記固定電極お
よび振動板相互の吸着を防止し得ることを特徴とする静
