- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ オン信号が印加されるパルスト）ンスと、このパル
ストランスの出力を整流・平滑する整流・平滑回路と、
この整流・平滑回路の出力によりオンとされるスイッチ
手段と、オフ信号が印加され前記スイッチ手段をオフと
するフォトカプラとを備えたことを特徴とするスイッチ
駆動回路。 ２ 前記スイッチ手段として電界効果トランジスタを用
いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
−のスイッチ駆動回路。
