    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 送信用電子管ガラス製ステムに於いて、真空外囲器の一
    部であるガラス長テム底板部に貫通してガラスとほぼ同
    じ熱膨張係数の金属円筒を溶着し、更に高融点金属製の
    電極支持体を前記金属円筒に貫通させて固着した構造と
    した電子管のステム構造。
