属材料からなるリング状の補助部材を介在せしめて無機
絶縁物からなる円板状の絶縁端板により気密に封止して
真空容器を形成するとともに、この真空容器内に1対の
電極を各絶縁端板から相対的に接近離反自在に導入−し
た対をなす電極棒を介し接触離反自在に設けて開閉器本
体を構成し、前記開閉器本体における各絶縁端板とそれ
ぞれの補助部材および金属筒の両端付近の外面にぬれ性
を高める塗料を塗布し、前記開閉器本体における塗料を
塗布した部分の外面に注型高分子ゴムからなる絶縁被覆
