を所定の圧力で保持する保持部材と、前記スリーブ上を
軸方向摺動自在に移動しかつシリンダ内周に封止的に摺
動するとともにシリンダ内を上下二室に隔成するピスト
ンと、前記ピストンロツド端に取り付けられて前記ピス
トンに設けられた連通孔の王室に臨む側を閉塞するチェ
ックプレートと、前記ピストンをチェックプレート側に
付勢するスプリングと、該スブリングの一端を前記スリ
ーブに係止するリテーナと、前記シリンダ内に突設され
てピストンの下降位置を規制する係止突起とを備えてな
