ッタ一本体がリング形状のカッターを取り付けるカッタ

ネとによって構成されており、しかも、前記主軸の細心
上には、（Ｃ）主軸内部に収容され、シリンダ機構によ
って直線動杢れる主軸内押し上げロッドと、（２）アダ
プタを貫きその一端が主軸内押し上げロッドの先端に近
接し、かつその他端がリング状カッタ一本体の内側に位
置するアダプタ押し上げロッドと、（Ｅ）アダプタ押し
上げロッドの前記他端側に固定された押し上げ蓋とが一
直線上に配列されており、前記カーツタ一本体を正面視
したとき、クランプロッド頭部のフランジ片は押し上げ
蓋の周縁お−よびカッタ一本体内周のフランジに乗る位
置にあり、さらに、前記クランプロッド頭部のフランジ
片がカッター原体内周のフランジに接しカッタ一本体を
アダプタの一面に押さえ付けた状態で、クランプロッド
頭部のフランジ片と押し上げ蓋の一面との間にクリアラ
ンスを有し、かつ前記リング形状のカッタ一本体内周の
フランジに、前記クラ−ンプロツド頭部のフランジ片に
適合する切 ゛り欠き溝を有することを特徴とするカッ
