案の他の実施例によるマイクロ波放電光源装置舎示す縦
断面図、第９図はさらに他の実施例によるマイクロ波放
電光源装置を示す要部断面図である。
図において、１はマイクロ波発振器、３は導波管、４１
は空胴、−５は給電口、５１は給電口蓋、６は放電灯で
ある。なお、各図中同一符号は同一、または相当部分を
