    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. モータにより往復動される、可動台等の往復動部材を有
    する露光光学装置において、前記往復動部材に固定され
    ることにより同往復動部材の移動方向を切換える２位置
    安定型の電気スイッチと、前記電気スイッチの可動部に
    臨む如き位置に設けられた一組の押子と、前記電気スイ
    ッチの操作子がいずれかの押子に係合したとき、電気ス
    イッチを切換え、往復動部材を反転させる露光用光学装
    置。
