    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ゛　本体内部を隔壁を介して形成された一方の端部側の
    第２拡張室と中央部の第１拡張室と他端部側の共鳴室、
    外部より上記第２拡張室を貫通して上記第１張室に開口
    するインレットパイプ、上記第１拡張室と上記第２拡張
    室とを連通ずる通路、上記第２拡張室に開口し上記第１
    拡張室及び共鳴室を貫通して花部へのびるアウトレット
    パイプ、手記第１拡張室と上記共鳴室との間に設けられ
    同画室を連通ずるチューニングパイプを有する消音装置
    において、上記チューニングパイプの断面積を上記イン
    レットパイプの断面積よりも大きく形成したことを特徴
    とする消音装置。
