Claims

Casters are provided on the left and right sides of the lower surface, and a caster holding member having an upwardly U-shaped cross section with a compression spring interposed therein has a pin hole in the front and rear pieces, and is located at the front and rear inside of the lower surface of the bottom plate, and has a pin hole in the front and rear pieces.
