てなること。 （ロ）行方向の遮光層および列方向の遮光層とも、任意
に設定した一定の線幅を備えた細帯遮光層を整列配置せ
しめてなること。 （ハ）各細帯遮光層を各々独立して駆動源に連結せしめ
るとともに、各細帯遮光層ｃｔ各々独立した作動が得ら
れるように隣接する遮光層を区画する手段を設けてなる
