本発明は中空ローターを利用したオープンエンド紡績に

従来、原料繊維束を一旦個々の繊維に分離した後中空ロ
ータ(回転紡糸室)の内周面に帯状に再集束せしめ、次

−ラにて引き取る、いわゆる中空ロータ一式オープンエ
ンド紡績が種々提案されており、この結線方式が他のオ
ープンエンド紡績方式に比べ【技術]スト、安定性等で
の優位性が立証され、昨今この分野の主流になっている
とと唸周知である。しかしながら該紡績の操業安定性或
いは均斉な紡績糸を得るために分繊装置の改嵐工夫や中
空ロータの形状の研究等が盛んに行なわれてきた反面り
/グ紡績糸と糸構造的な違いを有するため限られた用途
に向けられているのが現状で、妙味ある紡績糸を得るこ

本発明者らは、かかる現状に鑑み、中空ローターを利用
したオープンエンド紡績により太さ変化に富んだ紡績糸
を製造すべく鋭意検討した結果、原料繊維束を一旦個々
の繊維に分離した後中空ロータの内周面に帯状に再集束
せしめ、次いで中空ロータの回転にて加熱しながらデリ
ベリローラにて引取る中空ロータ式オープンエンド紡績
において、デリベリルーラの馬面速度を変動させること
により紡出される紡績糸の長手方向に沿って太さ変化な
生せしめることな特□黴とする意匠糸の製法を要旨とす

ーラ−或いはドラフトユニットとエアードラフトによる
分繊装置(3)で分繊したのち、中空ロータ(4)の集
束面(5)に該中空ロータ(4)の回転によって生じる
負圧により集束し、次いで導糸管(6)を鮭て集束面の
再集束された繊維束(7)を取り出して中空ロータ(4
)の回転により加熱し、デリベリローラ(s)(s’)
Kて引取った後巻取ローラ(ト)にてコーン又はチーズ
(ロ)として捲き取るオープンエンド紡績において、デ

中空ロータ(4)内で行われる自己ダブリング数は糸(
9)の速度に反比例して紡績するため糸(9)の速度を
任意に変更することによって太さ斑のある意匠糸を製熾
