Abstract

PURPOSE:To melt stick a rust preventive metal only on the prescribed positions surely with good sticking efficiency, by stamping the molten rust preventive metal on the surface of a steel plate material for an automobile body. CONSTITUTION:A tank 1 is divided to tanks 2 and 3, in which molten zinc is stored. The molten zinc overflowing from the tank 2 flows into the tank 3 so that the molten zinc is circulated and is maintained at prescribed temp. A stamper 5 consisting of an air cylinder is moved to the right and left by an air cylinder 6 and has a stamping member 7 held at prescribed temp. at its preceding end. First when the work 8 which is a press-formed mild steel plate is conveyed to a prescribed position after washing with water, mineral acids or the like, the stamper 5 moves the member 7 downwards to immerse the same into the tank 3 and to stick the molten zinc on the member 7. The stamper moves the member 7 upward and moves the same rightward toward the work 8 above the prescribed position thereof. In succession, the stamper 5 moves the member 7 downward to press the same to the work 8, so that the molten zinc stuck on the member 7 is stuck to the work 8.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] Conventionally, galvanized steel sheets have been used for the sheet metals that make up the body of automobiles to improve their anti-rust properties, but galvanized steel sheets are expensive and require a large amount of anti-rust properties. This part is the lower part of the car body, and the other parts can be provided with sufficient rust prevention power simply by painting ordinary steel plates.

そこで、上記不具合を解消するため、特開昭55−12

Therefore, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned problems,
As described in Japanese Patent No. 4571, it has been proposed to thermally spray a rust preventive metal onto necessary parts of a steel plate material. However, since the sprayed metal scatters to the surrounding area during thermal spraying, there is a problem in that the adhesion efficiency is poor.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems and relates to a method for preventing rust of a steel sheet material, characterized in that a molten rust-preventing metal is stamped on the surface of the steel sheet material.

Since molten rust-preventive metal is stamped, the adhesion efficiency of the rust-preventive metal is improved.

以下2本発明の一実施例について具体的に説明する。Two embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below.

As shown in the drawing, tank 1 is divided into first tank 2 and second tank 3,
Molten zinc is stored therein, and the overflow from the first tank 2 flows into the second tank 3. The molten zinc in the tank 1 is maintained at 450±15° C. by a heating device (not shown). The pump 4X sends molten zinc from the second tank 3 to the first tank 2, and circulates the molten zinc in the tank 1. A stand bar 5 made of an air cylinder is moved from side to side in the drawing by an air cylinder 6, and has a stamp member 7 at its tip. Note that the stamp member 7
is maintained at 420°C by an internal heater. 8 is a workpiece made of mild steel plate.

First, the work 8, which is formed by pressing a mild steel plate into a predetermined shape, is washed with water, hot water, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc., and then transported to a predetermined position. Then, the stamper 5 first expands, immerses the stamp member 7 into the second tank 3, deposits molten zinc on the stamp member 7, then raises the stamp member 7, and further contracts the F cylinder 6. The stamp member 7 is positioned above a predetermined position of the work 8. Subsequently, the stamper 5 is extended and the stamp member 7 is lowered and pressed against the workpiece 8 to cause the molten zinc that has adhered to the stamp member 7 to adhere to the workpiece 8. Next, the stamper 5 is contracted and the stamp member 7 is
Since the workpiece 8 can be plated with &\ at a predetermined position by stamping in the next process, the adhesion efficiency of one bone is better than that of thermal spraying, and zinc can be reliably deposited only at the predetermined position.

また、スタンプ部材7に付着した溶融亜鉛の厚みなロー

Further, by making the thickness of the molten zinc adhered to the stamp member 7 constant with a roller, spatula, etc., a thin plating layer with a constant thickness can be uniformly formed on the workpiece 8.

Note that the workpiece 8 may be heated in advance to improve the adhesion of the b-side dish.
