  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 レンジ１を上面に配する調理台２の後部に立上り部３を

    板５を上記調理台２の上方に延長し、上記立上り部３に
    吸気口６を開口し、上記吸気口６にダクト７を介して強
    制排気ブロワ−８を接続してなる調理装置において、同
    ダクト７が横方向に配設され、上記吸気口６の開口面積
    およびダクト７の中間面積よりも上記排気ブロワ−８の
    排気面積を大に形成し、かつ上記強制排気ブロワ−８に
    屋外ダクト９を接続し１同ダクト９が軒下に開口１０し
    かつ上記吸気口６に火焔進入防止用金属製吸熱板１１を
    設けてなる調理用排気装置。
