下少なくとも一方を塞ぐとともに上記左右側壁に設けた
通孔を貫通する支持体を介して昇、降機構に支持された
上下動自在な加熱ユニットとを備え、これら内筒体およ
び加熱ユニットにより調理室を画するとともに、この調
理室の外側を外筐体で囲んだ調理器において、上記加熱
ユニットを、上記左右側壁の内面に近接して対向される
左右の通孔塞ぎ部を有した反射板と、上記左右逆孔塞ぎ
部が形成する反射板の最長横幅内に納めてこの反射板に
取付けた熱源とを具備して形成したことを特徴とする調
