In addition, in the case of a multi-cellular horn, for example, in the case of a multi-cellular horn, an uncured 7" chill rubber sheet or the like is attached to the surface of a part where vibration is likely to occur, so that the vibration of the horn is reduced to ff5!I#.

In these cases, although they have been effective to some extent, they have the disadvantage that they are not sufficiently effective as vibration damping materials and cannot sufficiently suppress the sound of the horn.

The present invention was devised to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and to explain the embodiment shown in the drawings, as shown in FIG. A paint with a high loss coefficient is applied and dried to form a coating layer 1, and a paint with a high Young's modulus such as an unsaturated polyester resin is applied on the top surface and cured.
This is a horn speaker formed by laminating coatings of coating layer 2.

At 80 Hz At 500 Hz Butyl rubber sheet 0.0054 0.0057 Laminated coating of the present invention 0.064 0.09 As seen in the table above, when the laminated coating of the present invention is formed, the loss factor is close to 0.1. The effect as a vibration damping material is particularly remarkable compared to conventional vibration damping materials.

As described above, the present invention suppresses vibration using a clever method of forming a laminated film of a coating layer with a large loss coefficient on the outer peripheral surface of the horn 3 and a coating layer with a high Young's modulus on the upper surface thereof. This is an idea with great practical effects.
