Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit to make the mechanism thin and improve the properties of assembling and servicing by a method wherein the annular groove of a driving shaft and an hour-glass shaped hole of a connecting member are utilized to attach a spring for pressing the idler against the driving shaft through the connecting member. CONSTITUTION:In order to attach the assembled body of the idler to the shaft 5, the wall 13d of the connecting member 13 is pushed against the resilient force of the spring 14 and is inserted into the shaft 5 under a condition that the large diametral part of a long hole 13a is coinciding with the long hole 7b of the arm 7 of the swinging idler, then the pushing of the wall 13d is stopped after the connecting member is inserted into the groove of the shaft 5. According to this method, the connecting member 13 is moved to the direction of the shaft 7a by the resilient force of the spring 14 and the small diametral part of the long hole 13a is engaged with the groove of the shaft 5, therefore, the idler 8 is pushed against a driving pulley 6 by the force of the spring 14 and the arm 7 of the swinging idler may be attached pivotally about the shaft 5.

けた駆動軸径より大なる穴と、バネの偏寄力とによって
、連結部材がアイドラアームの駆動軸よりの抜止めを兼
ねるようにしたものである。

ム7に設けられた壁7dK当接して姿勢が規制される0
次に、この状態の上記アイドラ組を軸5に取り付けるに
は、連結部材1sの壁llSd部をバネ14の付勢力に
逆らりて押し、長穴1釦の大径部が菫振りアイドラアー
ム7の長穴7bと重なるようにした状態で、軸5に挿入
し、連結部材15が溝51部まで挿入されたら%13d
