Claims

An annular synthetic resin body is fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of a flywheel equipped with a capstan shaft for running a magnetic tape in the center, and a drive belt for transmitting rotation from a motor is suspended on the synthetic resin body. In the flywheel, a large diameter portion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the flywheel is provided with a locking groove in substantially the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the capstan axis, and an end surface of the synthetic resin body facing the locking groove is provided with a locking groove. An engaging piece formed with a notch groove in the center and a hook-shaped portion at the tip is provided, and the synthetic resin body is fitted into the small diameter portion of the flywheel, and the retaining piece is inserted into the locking groove.
