在の摘部を突設するとともに、架台内に包覆されている
下端部に適宜の弾性体を固着した回動芯軸を上架台に突
設し、該回動芯軸の軸部に、適宜範囲幅のネジ部とその
上・下部分に不完全ネジ部とを設け、該ネジ部と噛合す
るネジ山部を有するブラケットを上記回動芯軸と連動可
能な状態となし、架台内に設置された空気ダンパーの空
気給・排機構部と連動するアーム部と上記ブラケットと
を互いに枢着し、上記回動芯軸の摘部の回動に随伴して
ブラケット及びアーム部相互が連動することをもって空
気ダンパーの空気給・排機能を発揮させ、架台上から架
台のレベルを極めて簡易・迅速に調整可能とするととも
に、レベル調整の不要な範囲での回動芯軸を空回転状態
にすることをもってレベル調整の機構各部を全く損傷す
る ′ことのないようにしたことを特徴とする防
