For example, in the conventional method of continuously scouring, bleaching, dyeing, resin processing, weight loss processing, etc. on long lengths of fabric, it is possible to continuously pass the fabric through, but steamers that can maintain high temperature and high humidity are used. Using a can body, that is, a reactor, the fabric is subjected to continuous thermal treatment at a temperature of 11 degrees, and the chemical solution is reacted to the fabric by the heat treatment at high temperature and high humidity, and the above-mentioned scouring, bleaching,
It has been proposed to continuously perform targeted treatments such as dyeing, resin processing, and weight reduction processing.

However, in such a continuous heat treatment method for fabric, the inside of the steamer can is heated prior to the heat treatment.
Since it is necessary to maintain the fabric in a high temperature and high humidity atmosphere, it takes a long time for the inside of the steamer can to reach the specified high temperature and high humidity, which increases the preparation time before the fabric is put into operation. Furthermore, a large amount of thermal energy is expended until the inside of the steamer can reaches an atmosphere of a predetermined temperature and humidity.

In addition, the fabric inlet and outlet of the steamer can are
Continuous introduction and extraction of fabric is allowed, but if the cough steamer is equipped with a sealing mechanism to maintain high temperature and high humidity inside the can, the overall structure of the steamer can becomes complex, and further pressure is difficult to withstand. Due to the demand for a better structure and heat-resistant structure, problems such as an increase in the size of the device and an increase in the overall cost of the device were encountered.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and the main purpose of the present invention is to perform thermal treatment on the fabric K to be treated by directly spraying high temperature and high humidity gas with jet pressure from a nozzle. The purpose of this project is to provide a high-humidity burner that can speed up the process, simplify the structure of the steamer can, suppress waste of thermal energy, and perform highly economical thermal processing. .

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a burner base body having a gas passage 2, and a nozzle 4 formed by combining a number of thin slit plates is fixed to an opening s3 of the gas passage of the burner base body 1. Since the configuration of this nozzle 4 is already known, a description of its structure will be omitted. Reference numeral 5 denotes a crater that burns the gas injected from the nozzle 4 and blows it out as flame. This crater 5 is made of fireproof brick, for example, and is fixed to the burner base l by a mounting bracket 6. Each steam injection pipe is fixed in contact with the mouth edge &llC on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the crater 5, and atomized moisture (steam) is blown out from both steam injection pipes 7 toward the combustion flame 8 spouted from the crater 5. A nozzle hole 7' is provided for this purpose.

In the above embodiment, since atomized water is sprayed from the steam injection pipe 7 toward the combustion flame 8 ejected from the crater 5, #steam is mixed into the gas combustion flame 8, resulting in high humidity. of combustion flame is obtained. By blowing the thus obtained humid combustion flame toward the fabric 9 to be treated, the fabric is continuously subjected to high-temperature, high-humidity heat treatment, that is, pretreatment, weight reduction, dyeing, etc. The means for injecting the atomized moisture from the steam injection pipe 7 may be to send steam into the steam injection pipe 7 and inject the steam from the nozzle 7'. may be formed in a busy nozzle 7' so as to be able to atomize the feed water. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a pair of steam injection pipes 7 are arranged so that the width of the mouth of the crater 5 can be regulated, and when the steam injection pipes 7 are heated by the combustion flame from the crater 5, the steam injection When water flows through the pipe 7, the water is vaporized within the steam injection pipe 7, and can be turned into steam and jetted from the nozzle 7'.

As described above, the present invention provides a humidifying pipe for mixing steam or atomized water toward the combustion flame along the longitudinal direction of the burner crater in a burner having a crater that spouts a gas combustion flame. Since the combustion flame emitted from this burner contains a large amount of humidity, the fabric to be treated is subjected to higher temperature treatment by being blown with this humid combustion flame. Therefore, the high-humidity heat treatment conventionally performed using a reactor kept in a high-humidity and high-temperature atmosphere can be accomplished very easily and with a simple table apparatus.
