Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily perform fastening of a seat belt and dissipate the pressure applied when the belt is fastened by detecting a slack of the seat belt when fastened by means of a control means and by controlling a winding-up drive means on the basis of the detection signal. CONSTITUTION:A retractor body 1 is fixed to a car body at a hole 1a and a seat belt 2 is fit to a belt winding-up shaft 7 with a rod inserted inside a loop. A shaft 5a of a motor 5 for winding up the belt is engaged to said shaft 7 and the body of the motor 5 is fixed to the retractor body 1. A pendulum 9 is held via a bracket 6 by the retractor body 1, whereby the pendulum 9 is oscillated at a collision of a car to raise a pawl 10 in order to engage a projection 10a with a gear 11 for locking. Only when signals indicating that the diameter of the wound belt is ''small'', a buckle is ''locked'' and the slack is ''present'' are inputted into a computer 12 from respective sensors 14-16, the computer controls the revolution of the motor 5 to achieve the expected purpose.

Conventionally, a seatbelt monitoring device that is equipped with a seatbelt in a vehicle and that automatically winds up the seatbelt generally uses a mainspring as a winding drive means, and one end of this mainspring spring is connected to the winding device. Generally, the seat belt is fixed to the main body of the seat belt, and the other end is fixed to a winding section for winding up the seat belt, thereby applying a belt winding force to the winding section.

Therefore, when the occupant unwinds and puts on the seatbelt, a high unwinding force is required, making it troublesome to put on the seatbelt and causing a reluctance to put on the seatbelt. In addition, while the occupant is wearing the seatbelt, the winding force is applied by the biasing force of the mainspring spring, so the seatbelt is subject to a tensile load, which causes strong discomfort to the occupant. It has the disadvantage of giving.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and provides an easy-to-use and comfortable seat belt that makes it easy to put on the seat belt and does not give a feeling of pressure when putting on the seat belt. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an end-of-life monitoring device, which includes a retractor shaft for retracting a seat belt, a tractor main body for rotatably holding the retractor shaft, and a retractor main body provided between one end of the retractor shaft and the retractor main body. and a control means for controlling the winding drive means, the control means detecting loosening of the seat belt when the seat belt is worn. In addition, the above object is achieved by controlling the drive of the winding drive means based on the loosening detection signal.

The drive current for the motor 5 is supplied from the battery 3, and the supply current is controlled by the combiator 12. The signals from each Haji sensor are input to the combiator 12. 14 is a sensor that determines the size of the belt winding diameter of the belt winding device, 15 is a buckle sensor that determines whether it is in an engaged state or a released state, and 16 is a pelt slack sensor that determines the slackness of the seat belt, that is, pelt slack. This is a sensor that determines the presence or absence of. Further, the computer 12 controls the drive current to the motor 5 according to the signals from each sensor as shown in the table of FIG. 3-1.

The drive of the motor 5 is controlled by a computer 1-2, which is a control means, as shown in FIG. 3-1. That is, only when a signal indicating that the belt winding diameter is small, the buckle is tied, or the buckle is uncoupled and the slack is present is input to the combiator 12, the drive current for the motor 5 is output from the computer 12, and the motor 5 rotates. The shaft 7 is rotated and the belt 2 is wound up. Therefore, if a slack occurs, it is removed, and if the buckle is released, the belt is wound up on a winding device and stored in the device.

However, in other states, no drive current flows through the motor 5. Therefore, when the belt is being pulled out, the motor 5 idles due to the take-up shaft 7, and the belt is lowered by one tensile when being pulled out. Furthermore, even when the belt is worn, the motor 5 is not driven until a predetermined deflection of the belt occurs, so that the occupant does not feel pressured when the belt is worn.
