グ巻取り方向に付勢されて回動自在に支持された巻取軸
と;巻取軸を支持するりトラクターペースの部分の周り

つ軸方向に摺動可能な如く巻取軸に支持されロック手段

る付勢部材と;ラッチホイールが軸方向には摺動可能で
あるが回転方向には一体的に取り付けられギア部を有し
巻取軸に軸方向に移動不可能な如く遊嵌されたラチェッ
トホイールと;ラチェットホイールに第1位置と第2位
置との間で移動可能に取り着けられ第1位置方向に付勢
された第1のラチェットレバーと;巻取軸上に軸方向に
移動不可能な如く遊嵌され第1のラチェットレバーを操
作するための慣性体と;所定値以上のウェビング引出し
速度を感知して慣性体がラチェットホイールに相対的に
回転することによって前記第1位置から前記第2位置)
