Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the workability as well as to reduce the length of manufacturing process for the titled electric machine by a method wherein a pleated paper tape is used as a main insulation at the part DELTA where a linear part and a ring part are formed in one body. CONSTITUTION:The pleated paper tape 12 is wound around on the part DELTA where the linear part and the ring part are formed in one body in the same manner as in the case of an ordinary paper tape. As a result, for each roll of the pleated paper tape, a thick insulating layer is formed by a plurality of sheets of the paper tape 10 with the folding length L and the adhesive interval l with an adhesive tape 11, and the prescribed insulation thickness can be obtained by a small number of winding. Besides, as it is difficult to perform a tight winding with the pleated paper tape 12 only, an elastic craped tape and the like is alternately wound, and a taping is performed with sufficient tightness. Through these procedures, the working efficiency is improved and the length of manufacturing process can also be shortened.

FIG. 3 is a front view and a plan view showing the ring portion 8. FIG. In this case, the straight portions 2 and 7 and the ring portions 3 and 8 can be taped relatively easily by mechanical work. However, the taping of the diagonally shaded part (hereinafter referred to as part 6) 9 where the straight part and the ring part are connected is difficult to mechanize due to its complicated shape, and is done by hand.
This contributes to most of the taping man-hours.

The present invention is characterized in that a pleated paper tape is used for the main insulation of the Δ portion where the straight portion and the ring portion are combined, and an example of the pleated paper tape is shown in FIG. 4. That is, a paper tape 10 made of an appropriate material such as kraft paper and having a width W of about 50 to 200 strips is continuously folded into a zigzag shape with a length L as shown in the figure, and one side (: an appropriate number (2 in the case of the figure) A pleated paper tape 12 is obtained by pasting the adhesive tape 11 of the paper tape 10 in the length direction of the paper tape 10 so as not to lose its shape.

By wrapping this pleated paper tape 12 around the Δ section 9 shown in FIG. 3 in the same manner as with normal paper tape,
For each roll of pleated paper tape, a thick insulating layer is formed by folding a plurality of paper tapes 10 determined by the folding length L and the adhesion interval l with the adhesive tape 11,
Only a small number of turns are required to obtain a given insulation thickness.

Note that since the pleated paper tape 12 alone cannot be wrapped tightly once, stretchable crepe tape or laminate tape or the like is wound alternately or every appropriate number of turns to perform sufficiently firm taping. That is, by using the pleated paper tape 12, sufficient thickness can be obtained with a small number of turns, and by wrapping and tightening the highly elastic tape for each number of turns, even if the shape is complex,
An insulating layer of a predetermined thickness can be obtained.

In this way, in the present invention, the shape of the △ part where the straight part and the ring part come together is complicated, and it takes a lot of effort to simply wind a thin paper tape to form an insulating layer of a predetermined thickness. Therefore, we used pleated paper tape, which is made by continuously folding paper tape in a zigzag pattern, to obtain the desired thickness with a small number of wraps, and we also used highly elastic tape to tightly wrap the tape to avoid the risk of creating voids. By doing so, you can save effort and achieve your goals.
