Claims (1)
圧力変換器からの圧力信号を読みとり、アナログ−デジ
タル変換するとともに記憶・演算し、入力信号に応じて
表示管やランプ等の表示器を点灯させる演算回路とを設
け、測定開始信号の入力時にその時の管内圧力値を読み
とって初期値として記憶し、以後時々刻々の圧力値と初
期値との差圧を表示するとともに、一定時間経過後自動
的に測定完了し、その時の差圧が設定値以内であるか否
かにより漏洩の有無を判定し、その結果を表示するよう
