    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 自動車用リヤシートにおいて、車体側方に固着した複数
    の歯形を有するロックプレートアウタに、リヤシートの
    フレームに固着したベースプレートした回動可能に枢支
    され、かつ上記ロックプレートアウタの歯形に対応して
    嵌合する保合孔を設けたロックプレートをレリーズロッ
    ドを介して上下作動させるよう構成し、上記ロックプレ
    ートの係合孔がロックプレートアウタの歯形に選択的に
    嵌脱できるよう−にしたことを特徴とするシートバック
    角度調節機構。
