バ−を設け、第１方向の回動で油圧変速操作を行ない第
１方向と直交する方向の第２方向の回動で機械変速操作
を行なうように油圧変速機構と機械変速機構とに連系し
た単一の変速レバーを設け、前記変速レバーに対し第１
方向および第２方向の全方向についての回動操作を自由
とするガイド孔を有する案内板を設け、該案内板のガイ
ド孔について第１方向を中立位置とした状態でのみ第２
方向に変速レバーの回動を許すように変速レバーの操作
範囲を限定するためのレバー操作制限板を設け、前記レ
バー操作制限板を、主クラッチレバ−がクラッチ切の位
置では非作動位置となり主クラッチレバ−がクラッチ入
の位置では作動位置となるように、主クラッチレバート
