れ固定検出素子を備えた第１の支持部材と、前記支持り

体に固定された第２の板状部材と、外縁部が前記支持リ
ングに固定されたレンジスプリングと、該レンジスプリ
ングの両側面に固定され、前記固定検出素子と協働して
前記レンジスプリングの変位の極用する移動検出素子と
、中間部が前記レンジスプリングに固定され、両端部が
前記受圧素子に各々固定された連結棒とを備えてなる差
