Conventionally, when using an optical fiber as a laser scalpel, the light 7
The tip of the eyeper 1 is sometimes used without a cover, etc., but the optical fiber is easy to bend and it is difficult to determine the direction of irradiation. The cross-sectional views are shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Fig. 1 is a sectional view when the Optical 7 Eyeper 1 is used up to that point, and Fig. 2 shows the optical fiber
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the inserted state, and is configured in a first-order manner. That is, the irradiation end of the optical fiber 1 is inserted into the straight tube holder 3 and fixed. #In the holder 3, a lens 4 is provided in front of the tip of the optical fiber, and a lens 4 is provided in front of the tip of the optical fiber.
It plays the role of condensing the e41i irradiated Rade light.

This structure in which a straight tube that also serves as a holder is provided at the fiber tip has the following drawbacks. The Tzu Hole 3 has a large diameter that is easy to hold in the hand, and the fiber tip must be operated with the fiber tip close to the object to be irradiated, which limits visibility, and it is dangerous to grasp the area near the radar irradiation port, which gets hot. Ashi, it was difficult to operate. Furthermore, the conditions in which a laser scalpel is normally used are often in poor conditions, such as places where the object to be irradiated is narrowly inserted, and the laser beam can only be irradiated in the direction of the axis concentric with the straight tube hole 3, resulting in poor operability. In this way, in the previous model, the tip of the holder also served as the irradiation part because it was sufficient to simply irradiate the LED light.

このため上記のような問題を内在していた。For this reason, the above-mentioned problems were inherent.

The shape of the irradiation part is curved to give an arbitrary curve, and its configuration includes a curved tube part at the tip into which the irradiation end of the Hikari 7 Eyer is inserted, and a curved tube part at the rear of the curved tube part. It is characterized by comprising a grip part.

FIG. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of one embodiment of the present invention. In other words, a grip part 3 having a hole with the same diameter as the skeleton part 5 is provided at the rear of the bent pipe part 5, and The tip of the fiber is inserted into the bent pipe section 5 and its gripping section 3. The coating 2 of the optical fiber 1 may be peeled off only at the portion to be inserted, or may be left as is as shown in Figure 1. In addition, in this embodiment, the tip of the curved pipe portion 5 is provided with light irradiated from the optical fiber 7. A round lens 4 is provided to condense light. Furthermore, the rear end KOIJ ring 6 of the gripping part 3 is held in between and the cap 7 is screwed to fix the light 7 and the eyepiece l. If the hand piece and the optical fiber 1 are screwed together as in this embodiment, the hand piece and the optical fiber 1 can be attached and detached, and it is convenient that they can be replaced with other shapes as will be described later. The handpiece configured in this way is
Since the curved tube section 5 is a thin tube that is slightly thicker than the optical fiber l, a sufficient field of view is secured and it is easy to operate. Also, since the irradiation port of the radar is at the tip of the curved tube section 5, the grip section 3
It is safe because the hand supporting the irradiation port is far away from the irradiation port. Furthermore, since the ceramic tube part 5 that connects to the gripping part has a greatly curved shape, the axial direction of the gripping part 1 and the radiation direction of the radar make a large angle, allowing accurate radiation to be applied to narrow and crowded places. Irradiation can be performed. Therefore, the handpiece of this embodiment is suitable as a laser scalpel endpiece for fields with a narrow field of vision, such as dentistry and oral surgery. Further, the shape of the curved pipe portion 5 is not limited to the shape 1 as described above; it can also be shaped like other embodiments shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. In the case shown in FIG. 4, the curved pipe portion 5 is parallel to the grip portion 3 at an offset position. Here, grip part 3
The axial direction and the direction of the irradiation radar are the same, but the rounded surgical area where the axis is shifted can be clearly seen, which is convenient when used in general microsurgery.
Since the tip of the straight tube is slightly bent, it is convenient for irradiating the LED light into deep places, and is suitable for fields such as otorhinolaryngology. In addition, in these embodiments, the shape of the curved pipe part corresponds to the purpose of use, but the grip part 1 can also have the structure shown in Figure @6, that is, the light 7 eyelid part 1 is heated by the heat when irradiating the radar. Since the temperature may become high, a passage 8 for flowing a cooling medium close to the optical fiber 1 is provided in the grip 3 to cool the optical fiber 1. Furthermore, the tips of the curved pipes can be made black to prevent the dangerous reflection of radar light.

As described above in detail based on the embodiments, since the radar irradiation is performed from the tip of the curved pipe section connected to the gripping section, a safe and easy-to-operate knife piece is obtained, and the curved pipe section is Its shape allows it to be used in many fields.
