れた取付ホルダーと周辺装置に回動可能に取付けられ前
記取付ホルダーに装着固定可能なる取付足と一端が取付
足に他端が周辺装置に固定され周辺装置の回動によりば
ね力を支えられるばね装置とを有し、取付足と取付ホル
ダーの何れか一方の少なくとも１つに固定されたストッ
パー爪と前記ばねのばね力により前記ストッパー爪の係
入力が強められる位置において取付足と取付ホルダーの
他方に形成されたストッパー爪係合用切欠穴とが設けら
