    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ポンプを設けた吸水管に連通ずる沈殿槽と、この
    沈殿槽に隣接し上部が開口した濾過槽と、これに隣接し
    、貯水槽を介して交互に設けられ、且つ開口部上縁の高
    さが順次低く形成された一つまたは複数の濾過槽と、前
    記各濾過槽内に多段に配置された複数のフィルターと、
    このフィルターの少なくとも上段側が、槽内壁との間に
    溢水通過部を形成してなる多段式濾過装置。
  2. （２）複数に配列した濾過槽の吸水側に設けられたフィ
    ルターが、排水側に設けられたフィルターに比べてメツ
    シュが粗いものを用い゛てなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の多段式濾過装置。
