Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a film of writability, adherence, correctability, rewritability and antistatic property, by coating a water-soluble cationic UV-curable resin having a quaternary ammonium salt group on a transparent resin film and curing the coating resin with ultraviolet radiation.
CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble cationic UV-curable resin having a quaternary amonium salt group or its mixture in which it is the main component with a water-soluble UV-curable resin or a water-soluble resin is coated on a transparent plastic film to cure by ultraviolet radiation. Thus a film for drawing may be obtained by forming the foresaid coating film on one or both sides of the transparent plastic film. Preferable water-soluble cationic UV-curable resins are water-soluble cationic resins obtained by adding a quaternary ammonium salt in a pendant-like form to a UV-curable water-soluble polymer, such as polyvinyl alcohol or polyvinylpyrrolidone, or modified products of these resins.
