Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent crumbling and shorten the stage-loading processing time by supporting the packaged bags sent from a conveyor by means of the shutter part of a stage-loading apparatus and pulling-out the receiving area of the shutter transversely and rectilinearly in order to release support, shortening the fall in stage-loading.
CONSTITUTION: A packaged bag A is loaded on the receiving parts 16 and 16' of the shutter part 14. Air is ejected from the surface openings 28 and 28' on the receiving parts 16 and 16' in order to facilitate shift of the packaged bag A in loaded state in the longitudinal direction. Further, the friction in pulling- out the shutter part 14 is reduced when the shutter is opened. When the packaged bag A reaches a prescribed position on the shutter part 14, the shutter part 14 is opened by the operation of a hydraulic cylinder device 17, and the packaged bag A on the receiving parts 16 and 16' drops and is stage-loaded. As the receiving parts 16 and 16' shift so as to be pulled-out transversely and rectilinearly from under the bottom surface of the packaged bag A when the shutter part 14 is opened, the uppermost stage in stage-loading and the shutter holding surface can be drawn near, and the fall in stage-loading is shortened, and generation of crumbling can be prevented.
