PURPOSE:To improve the reproducibility of a picture having a half tone, and to raise a quality of the picture, by displaying a picture information as a soft picture on a CRT indicator, recording and developing it on a transparent film by means of electrophotography, and after that, reduction-projecting it on a card having photosensitivity. CONSTITUTION:A person 22 as a picture information is photographed by a TV camera 21, and is displayed as a mesh point-like picture signal on a CRT25 by a mesh type circuit 23.
