Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the hollowing of a stabilizer by inserting a wire material which is disposed and fixed with core materials of prescribed length at prescribed intervals, into a hollow blank material and bending said blank material in the positions of the core materials at every core material.
CONSTITUTION: Core materials 2, 3 are fixed to a wire material 4 by leaving prescribed intervals, whereby a connecting material 5 is obtained. This material 5 is inserted into a hollow blank material 1, and is so located that the core material 3 positions in the inside of the part to be bent of the material 1. Thence, this part is bent together with the core material 3, thereby forming an acutely curved part 1a. In succession, bending for gently curved part 1b having larger radius of curvature than the part 1a is performed. Further, both end parts 1c of the material 1 positioned with the material 2 are crushed together with the materials 2, and a through- hole 6a is provided in each flat part. Thereby, the stabilizer formed with connecting parts 6 is completed.
