The device is so arranged as the green monochromatic luminous part 6 in the central area occupies a broader area than the areas for other two colors. Each monochromatic light can be generated and mixed together by approaching one another by allowing each electron beam of three colors, red, green and blue to hit the red monochromatic luminous part 5, the green one 6 and the blue one 7 respectively.
