Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce wear of a target or looseness of a nut by sintering and bonding the target with a target supporting area or at least on one side of a nut with a sintering material. CONSTITUTION:Zinrconium powder 11, 12 is applied onto both sides 5a, 5b of those fixed parts of a target 5; namely a surface 5a facing a target supporting area 4c and a surface 5b facing a nut 6, respectively. Then, a target 5 is fitted on a target supporting area 4, clamped and fixed with a nut 6, and sintered in vacuum. The target supporting area 4 and the target 5, and the target 5 and the nut 6 are sintered as one body, respectively, with zirconium sintering materials 11 and 12.
