Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a coil insulating layer having high resistance to heat and radiant rays by adhering an insulating base material using a polyimide film with fixed thickness to a coil conductor or the insulating base materials using an inorganic binder. CONSTITUTION:An insulating base material using a polyimide film thick under 0.5mm. and a coil conductor or the insulating base materials each other are adhered using an inorganic binder to be hardened with the temperature of about 120 deg.C, for instance, for forming an insulating layer of the coil. Thereby the insulating layer excellent in heat resistance and in resistance to radiation as well as having sufficient flexibility can be obtained.
