CONSTITUTION:Rectangular parallelepipedlike optical transmission bodies 1a, 1b...1g consisting of photosensitive glass are inserted in series into a common optical path 22'. Each light transmission body 1a, 1b...1g makes binary-coded ultraviolet information V1, V2...Vn incident to separate optical paths 3a, 3b...3g connected to each light transmission body 1a, 1b...1g so as to meet at right angles with the common optical path 22'.
