Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the loss of a sample and danger of a user by providing a means detecting absence of a seal liquid during rotation of a rotor in the vicinity of an end surface of a horizontal part of a leading end of an interrupting ring immersed in the seal liquid.
CONSTITUTION: To an upper and a lower parts in the vicinity of an end surface of horizontal part of a leading end immersed in a seal liquid of an interrupting ring 15 in a space 14, electrodes 17, 18 are respectively provided in such a manner that they are insulated from the interrupting ring 15. When voltage is applied to the electrodes 17, 18 and said electrodes 17, 18 are immersed in the seal liquid, fine current is flowed therethrough and, when the seal liquid is exhausted, current is not flowed therethrough and, thereby, the presence and the absence of the seal liquid are detected. Therefore, by detecting reduction of the seal liquid before seal is ruptured when the seal liquid is reduced, alarm can be sounded and a phenomenon wherein a sample is desused or a danger extends to a user is preliminarily prevented by replenishing the seal liquid.
