Abstract

CONSTITUTION:An opening body 8 having a bottomed recess 6 consisting of a nonmagnetic material and a flange 7 is mounted airtightly via a packing 24 to an opening part 5 provided to the side wall 4 of a liquid tank 1. A float 9 and a float arm 10 consisting of a magnetic material supporting the float are supported freely turnably by means of a float shaft 11 to the inner side of the opening body 8, and two magnets 14, 15 are fixed to the arm 10 in the positions symmetrical to the shaft 11, whereby a driving body 10' is constituted. A display plate 19 moving cooperatively with a magnetic material 18 provided freely turnably in the recess 6 of the body 8 rotates smoothly together with the magnets 14, 15 on the arm 10 turning in accordance with the change in the liquid level in the tank, thereby displaying the amt. of liquid.
