Abstract
PURPOSE: To decrease the number of assembling process as well as to prevent the trimmed part of the door from crumpling, by arranging a flexible board to the trimmed part, and by depositing an weatherstrip and a grommet to the part by welding.
CONSTITUTION: The door trim 20 is consisted of a part which is consisted of a core 2 to which surface, a padding 3 and an outermost layer 4 are adhered in layers, and a flexible, trimmed part 5 which is consisted of the core 2 from which upper edge, the padding 3 and the outermost layer 4 are stretched. The circumference of the back of the above-mentioned trimmed part 5 is secured by a flexible board 21 which is deposited to all surface of the back by welding. On the other hand, a weatherstrip 23 and a grommet 24 are respectively fixed to the upper edge of the surface of trimmed part 5 and the open edge for inserting a lock knob 22 by welding.
