CONSTITUTION:A picture is magnified with an optical system 3 within the range of magnification suitable for cost and video quality, and the magnified picture is converted into an electric video data. This picture data is magnified into a multiple or a fraction with an electric magnifier 10. Thus, the magnification can be varied continuously at a wide range, allowing to achieve excellent video quality with low cost.
