Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an offset-free roller whose surface is hard to scratch, by providing an elastic material layer of fluororubber, etc., on the surface of a metallic roller and by providing a fluororesin layer on the surface. CONSTITUTION:On the external surface of a metallic roller 1 made of aluminum, stainless steel, etc., an elastic material layer 2 (0.5-1mm. thickness) of silicone rubber, fluororubber, etc., is provided and on the surface of this elastic material layer, a fluororesin layer 3 (0.1-50mum thickness) is provided. As compared with the application of fluororesin directly on a metal surface, the fluororesin surface is hard to scratch by a peeling pawl, etc. For the elastic material layer, fluororubber is favorable in terms of adhesion to fluororesin.
